QCOL is billed by the utility pole owners for every pole we attach our fiber to. If your service location is remote and/or beyond our main fiber line we charge this monthly fee per pole to help cover these additional costs.
In the event that a customer request detailed records beyond what is provided on the monthly statement we will charge this fee for the time we spend researching and generating and supplying the requested documents.
QCOL bills are considered late if payment is not received by the 10th of the month. Minimum late fee is $.50 per month.
All prices are monthly unless stated otherwise. E911, State, Fed, FCC & Local Franchise Fees may apply. Services are subject to be deactivated at any time for any past due balance. A reactivation fee will be charged to all deactivated accounts/services. No additional notice will be given. No credits will be issued for deactivated periods due to non-pay disconnects. Account must remain in good standing to receive discounted package pricing. Account must be in good standing to add additional services or packages. No refunds under $5.00 will be processed.
