Sign-up for email billing

Use this form to authorize us to send your QCOL bill via email. We bill on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, we will do billing on the 14th or 16th. Please check your email no later than the 16th of each month to confirm receipt. Add billing@qcol.net to your allowed list or whitelist. Be sure to check your SPAM/Junk folder if it does not show in your inbox. Contact us right away if you do not receive the bill. Payments are due no later than the 10th of the following month. Failure to receive your bill via email is not a reason to delay or fail to make payment when due.
